Fees on Personal Savings:
A service charge of $5.00 will be imposed every month if the account balance falls below the required minimum any day of the month. An excessive withdrawal fee of $10.00 will be imposed monthly for each withdrawal in excess of six (6) per month.

Fees on Business Savings:
A service charge of $10.00 will be imposed every month if the account balance falls below the required minimum any day of the month. An excessive withdrawal fee of $10.00 will be imposed monthly for each withdrawal in excess of six (6) per month.

American Security Bank is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under this program, through December 31, 2010, all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.
